Lazuli A2Z Private Limited was founded by Mrs. Megala, and Mr. Madhu. Mrs. Megala holds a Degree of Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communication Engineering. Mr. Madhu holds dual Degree, a Master's in Textile Technology and a Master of Business Administration in Retail Management. Founders have been working and involved in the Agriculture Products export line for more than 10 years in several capacities with other groups. Both have been instrumental in shaping teams and guiding them to build on their own group since 2020 with all the groundworks and legally registered since 2023.

As a woman Mrs. Megala leads from the heart with a strong balance of the head and is able to be sensitive to the working women’s issues of the majority workforce, being a working mother and wife herself who balances both her personal and professional lives beautifully.

Mrs. Megala leads by example by putting in more hours than anybody else and has the loyalty and admiration of her team. She introduced many path-breaking initiatives of conscious capitalism in the workplace.
